When will your order be delivered?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours of the transaction. Orders will be shipped by express courier or local Post. When you place your order you can choose between 2 shipping options:

  • Standard shipment (4/5 working days)
  • Express shipment (2/3 working days)

The exact time frame for every country is given in the shopping basket.

What is the order number for?

Your order number is saved to allow us to process any subsequent requests you may have concerning your order.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation message by e-mail or through the post.

Can I return and/or exchange a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to withdraw within 14 business days from receiving the goods by following the process shown in the Returns and Refunds section. Products, however, cannot be exchanged. 

What information the product menu provides?

The product menu appears when clicking on an item. It provides the following details: an enlarged photo of the producs, a full description of the item, suggestions of additional products that may go well with the selected item.

How to purchase?

Color and quantity of the item can be chosen via the product menu, before the item is placed in the shopping bag. Click on Shopping Bag to complete your order, confirm your delivery address, choose the delivery type and payment method and then you will receive your order confirmation.

How can I add and/or remove products from the Shopping Bag?

You can increase or decrease the number for each item in the shopping bag; for completely removing an item decrease the quantity to 0 using the button [ + ] e [ – ]. The total amount of your order will be automatically updated.

How do I search for a product?

To search for a product, use the filters in the menu or you can do a free-text query too, using the search field (top right).

How many pieces can I buy?

You can buy up to 10 pieces.
