How much does the shipping cost?

Delivery varies from country to country, as clearly shown in your shopping bag before you complete your purchase.

What types of shipping can I choose?

When ordering, you can choose between the following delivery methods: Standard shipping (4/5 working days) or Express Delivery (2-3 working days). In Switzerland the delivery method is Standard shipping (4/5 working days) via Swiss Post.

How you could verify the shipping status for an order?

When the order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail message including both the details needed for tracing the shipment and the direct link to the courier website for a prompt verification of delivery.

What happens if no one is present at the time of delivery?

The courier may attempt two deliveries, beyond which if no one is found at the address indicated, a delivery notification is made with the instructions for the withdrawal. You will then be contacted by e-mail or directly by phone, at the number provided during check out.

May a product be delivered to an address, other than mine?

You can choose any shipping address you like, as long as you are within your same country.
