RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENTS

To return an item purchased online please

  1. Please click the link Order / Return Form and fill in the form with your order number, the email address used for the order and the item(s) that you want to return (with reason);
     
  2. Carefully package the goods using the original packaging or a sufficiently sturdy alternative;
     
  3. Print the returns authorisation number that you will be given via email after you have filled in the form and attach it to the outside of the package, together with the courier label;
     
  4. Contact the courier or Swiss Post to arrange a day and time for the package to be picked up or bring it to one of the various Swiss Post Access Points.
     
NY Lab accepts returns within 14 days from the original delivery date. The customer is in charge of the transport costs and risk for the return. When the item arrives at NY Lab warehouse, the refund process will start. The amount of the refund will not include the original shipping cost. NY Lab will take neither responsibility nor will offer any compensation for returned goods, damaged or lost during transportation by carriers other than UPS/DHL/SwissPost/SDA
 
Returns can be shipped only from the country of origin of the order.

Refund 

The timeframe for your reimbursement depends on the refund processingly. We apologize in advance for any delay should you experience. Your refund will be directly credited on the payment method used at the moment of the purchase.
